Our house was built in 1988 and the wood supporting the sliding glass doors in our sunroom had rotted so the room was beginning to sink. C.B.S. Enterprises rebuilt the foundation around the room and installed 4 new sliding glass doors. We were very pleased with the work that they did in our sunroom. They were always very professional and able to answer our questions and concerns. When the work was almost complete, we had our alarm company come to put the sensors in the new doors. The owner of the alarm company commented that he had seen a lot of the type of work that we had done in various houses that his company services. He was most impressed with the workmanship that C.B.S. Enterprises had done for us. The fact that an outside person went out of his way to comment on the fine job done by C.B.S. Enterprises tells me that they do excellent work.

My wife and I were introduced to Cameron (the owner of CBS Enterprises) over 6 years ago by close friends who were exuberant over the quality and craftsmanship of the work he performed on their home in the same neighborhood, Hampton Oaks, Stafford, VA. After searching for a contractor in this area for years whom we could trust and rely on to provide reasonable service for the price, which I must say is near to impossible, we asked him to make some minor repairs to our home. We cannot express how fortunate we feel to have found such a wonderful contractor! We did our homework and had 4 different companies come out and give us estimates. What a learning experience that was. We had everything from estimates over ten thousand dollars MORE than C.B.S.'s, to being told to put our name down as the person doing the work on the permit forms, to being told we didn't need a permit (we did, I called the county)! Cameron was very informative, explained the entire process and most of all was very professional.

Cameron did exactly what we wanted done. We had one large bedroom that he made into two bedrooms, he put a new staircase in, and a window downstairs in the family room. He was very meticulous and everything was very well thought out. He is extremely organized. Each day before leaving the work area was vacuumed, and completely mess free. He did all this just before Christmas. He kept his promise when he said he would be done before the holiday! He even came out and fixed a problem our carpet/laminate floor company installers left us with! We trust him completely.

We tell everyone we know about C.B.S. Enterprise! Cameron always returns your phone calls, arrives when he says he will, and does exactly what he has said he would do. We have at least 2 more projects down the road, and we wouldn't consider anyone else but Cameron! Thank you Cameron for making our remodeling project such a great experience!

On 2-3 December 2008, Cameron B. Sutton of C.B.S Enterprises LLC and his assistant “Woodrow” replaced the rotting wood on our full front porch with Weatherwise vinyl clad aluminum railings and columns. C.B.S. Enterprises did an excellent job and from beginning to end Cameron was professional and precise down to the last detail. He explained step by step the procedures that he would take and was very patient with our many questions.

Cameron’s work ethic and workmanship are to be admired. From the first telephone call for an estimate to the completed job, his performance was of the highest ethical standard.

Upon completion of our new porch, as Cameron was leaving, I saw him back-up the vehicle to get a full front view of the new porch. Obvious proof of a true professional who is proud of his work.
